This charming 25m² house located in the midst of pine trees and golf courses offers you the ideal setting for your holidays in Lacanau!
Not far from the lake but also from the ocean, which you can reach via cycle paths by crossing the pine trees.
You can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool of the co-ownership from 15 June to 15 September.
This charming well-arranged house is composed of a living area with a kitchen, dining space and a lounge area.
A curtain leads you to the first small sleeping area with a bunk bed (2 single beds in 90), then take the ladder that will take you to the mezzanine with a double bed (140), a storage space and a dressing table/office area.
A shower room with toilet is also present on the ground floor.
An outdoor space completes the house with a terrace designed to enjoy your meals and moments of sharing with friends or family outdoors.
