🛋️ The ground floor includes a warm and bright living area with a living room, dining space and equipped open kitchen. The whole opens onto a private terrace, facing nature, where you can share your meals in the shade of the pine trees thanks to the outdoor furniture.
🛁 A bathroom with a bathtub and independent toilets are also present on the ground floor for more comfort.
🍽️ The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: oven, hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. A washing machine (also a dryer) and a two-wheeler room complete the practical equipment.
🔌 An electric vehicle charging point is available on request (at an additional cost).
