This 36 m² apartment, fully renovated, is located just 200 meters from the South Beach of Lacanau and 300 meters from the central beach. Here, everything is within walking distance: beaches, surfing, walks, restaurants, and shops are close at hand.
The living space consists of a living room with an open kitchen, which opens onto a bright dining area, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.
The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140) and a closet, and a second which is windowless, with bunk beds (2x90) and also a closet. The second bedroom also has a third pull-out single bed (there is no more space to move around in the room if it is opened).
The modern shower room includes a washing machine and a toilet.
A private outdoor parking space free of charge in front of the apartment is available for easy parking.
