Inside, you will discover a spacious and bright living space including a living room with television, a friendly dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs, large refrigerator...). The comfortable and well-arranged bedroom has a double bed in 160 cm, storage spaces and direct access to the terrace through a large bay window. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A washing machine and an iron are also available for a stay in complete autonomy.
Located on the Place de la Gaîté, the apartment immerses you in the heart of local life. Every Saturday morning, a lively market comes to life, bringing a friendly and authentic atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity, you will find all the necessary shops: bakery, butcher, greengrocer, wine merchant and restaurants.
The lake is accessible on foot in 10 minutes. The ocean can be reached in 10 minutes by car, 45 minutes by bike or bus. The beaches of Moutchic and Longarisse are also nearby, about 20 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car.
