In the heart of a quiet residence nestled among the pines, this small 3-room house of 40 m², freshly renovated in 2025, offers a charming and functional setting for a smooth stay. Ideally designed for a family or a couple seeking tranquility, it combines modern comfort, careful decoration, and privileged access to nature.
Outside, you enjoy a wooded private garden with garden furniture, dining area. Less than 50 metres away, the shared swimming pool of the residence awaits you for moments of relaxation. The atmosphere is intimate, restful, in total harmony with the surrounding pine forest.
The ground floor features a cosy lounge with television, a well-equipped open kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, fridge-freezer), a friendly dining area, separate toilets, and a small renovated shower room. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included, as well as a Bluetooth speaker for your holiday musical atmospheres.
Upstairs, a mansard mezzanine overlooks the living room. Access is via a small staircase with an initial height of 1.30 m. One reaches 1.70 m in the centre of the room, then an area where one can stand, although the height remains low. This atypical room constitutes an original sleeping area, perfect for children, teenagers or flexible adults.
