You will be just as close to the Place de la Gaieté with its market as well as its shops and restaurants.
The ocean beaches for surfing sessions or lounging in the sun are 15 minutes by car, or accessible by bicycle on the cycle paths that wind through the region.
With an area of 80 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The living area includes a lounge space with television as well as a dining table to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere. The open and functional kitchen is equipped with: induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, citrus press, toaster, crockery and utensils. A dining area is also arranged in the kitchen.
The house offers two bright bedrooms:
- A room with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and its private shower room
- A room with two single beds 90 x 200 cm
A second bathroom and independent toilets are also at your disposal, for more comfort. A washing machine is available.
The garden invites you to relax or enjoy outdoor meals thanks to the garden furniture and plancha made available to you.
