This house with a pleasant small terrace and a warm interior is ideally located just steps away from the waves and beaches of Lacanau, only 5 minutes walk.
Next to the city centre and its hustle and bustle, everything is accessible on foot (10 minutes) or by bike, shops, restaurants, activities and events, surf schools...
This friendly house of approximately 50m2 consists of a living/dining room with an open kitchen.
You will find a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160) and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds (2x 90).
An Italian-style shower room and a separate toilet complete the interior of the accommodation.
A pleasant outdoor area of about 15m² for your moments of relaxation or to share meals with friends or family.
An external storage space attached to the house is at your disposal to store surfboards, bicycles...
Access to all parts of the accommodation
The accommodation is located in a dead-end street with free parking for your vehicle. A surf school is just next door, as well as a camping grocery store at the end of the street and a glass composter.
You can move around on foot, by bicycle and by car (with free parking in front of the accommodation)
