Sandy beaches are located all around the lake, with one at Moutchic for relaxing days, swimming, and water activities (supervised in summer).
Ocean beaches are just 10 minutes by car, or 25 minutes by bike along the cycling paths that wind through the region.

Inside, the house offers a spacious and comfortable living space, with a fitted kitchen, a living room, and a light-filled veranda housing the dining area.

Four welcoming bedrooms for you and your loved ones:
- A ground floor bedroom awaits with a queen-size double bed (160) and storage
- A second bedroom in the mezzanine offers a cosy cocoon with a queen-size double bed (160), overlooking the living area
- A third ground floor bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160)
- A fourth upstairs bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160) will seduce you with its private balcony, double bed, and lounge area with TV

On the ground floor, there are two shower rooms with toilets and an adjoining outbuilding with washing machine, tumble dryer, and an additional fridge-freezer.

The two outdoor terraces are perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or moments of relaxation.
And the outdoor shower is ideal for refreshing yourself after sporty or relaxing moments by the water.

From the entrance, you will be seduced by the large bright living room opening onto a wide wooden terrace facing south, with an unobstructed view of the pine trees. The living space is organised around a cosy lounge, a large friendly table, and a fully equipped open kitchen for the most demanding:

A mezzanine space overlooking the living area serves as a reading corner, play area or relaxation space, perfect for young and old alike.

Each room has single 90x190 beds that can be converted to king-size, and an individual fan for summer nights. The bedding is of high quality and each bed is equipped with simple duvets.
A baby travel cot can be installed in one of the rooms.

-Bedroom 2: 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed, desk, en-suite bathroom

-Bedroom 4: 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed — accessible only through bedroom 3, ideal for children or teenagers

🛁 The two shower rooms are adjacent to rooms 1 and 2. The other rooms access them through these.
