Welcome to this charming single-storey house located in the peaceful Marina de Talaris residence in Lacanau.
This 110 m² property, surrounded by a garden, is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with family or friends and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The residence also features a shared heated swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th.
This renovated house offers a bright, open-plan living area with large sliding glass doors providing access to the outdoors from every side.

A separate toilet leads to the outdoor area where, attached to the house, you will find the final sleeping space:

A first terrace at the front of the house is equipped with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outside.
A second terrace is located at the rear of the property, offering a peaceful place to relax.
The garden is wooded but not landscaped: there is no lawn. The outdoor area is currently unfinished, with bare soil.

* Open fires are strictly prohibited throughout Marina de Talaris, including private gardens. Only electric or gas planchas are permitted (charcoal barbecues are not allowed).
* Motorhomes and camper vans are not permitted to park within the residence, even temporarily, or on private plots.
