Enjoy a calm and green environment, with access to two pools open to residents from 15 June to 28/30 September:
• an unheated pool, located in the hamlet, open until 28 September;
• a heated pool, at the sports hamlet, open until 30 September.
Many facilities are also accessible: city stadium, table tennis, beach volleyball, beach tennis, petanque court, children's games, as well as a restaurant with terrace.
The surroundings also offer many activities: cycling in the forest, water sports on the lake, local markets or relaxation on the ocean beaches, located only 10 km away and easily accessible by bike or car.
The house offers a pleasant living environment, designed for relaxation and conviviality.
The main room, bright and open to the outside, consists of a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...). The dining area opens onto a covered terrace, ideal for sharing meals outdoors or simply enjoying the mild climate.
The floor houses the sleeping area, consisting of:
• A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe and its adjoining bathroom with WC
• A bedroom with two single beds
• A third bedroom with a sofa bed
On the ground floor, there is also a second bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.
Between lake and ocean, in a preserved natural setting, this house is the ideal starting point for discovering Lacanau and fully enjoying your holiday.

Welcome to this holiday home located in the quiet and tree-lined district of Carreyre, just 100 metres from Lake Lacanau and Moutchic beach. This place is perfect for simple and comfortable holidays in the heart of nature, just a stone's throw from the water, with everything within cycling distance.
The Moutchic beach, a few minutes walk away, is ideal for families: supervised swimming, pedal boats, children's games, cafes, snacks and cycle paths that lead directly to the forest or to the ocean 🌊. The Atlantic Ocean is accessible 5 km by bike via the developed paths — a beautiful ride through the heart of the pine forest.
