This fully air-conditioned house offers a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hobs...) on the ground floor, open to a living room and office space.
The living room opens onto a large terrace with no overlooking neighbours, facing a tree-lined green space, which will allow you to enjoy meals with family or friends in all weathers thanks to its covered area.
You will also find a master bedroom, consisting of a sofa bed with a daily 140 cm mattress, a dressing room and an adjoining shower room with toilet.
The upstairs leads to two other bedrooms, the first equipped with a 140 cm bed, the second with a sofa bed with a daily 140 cm mattress, a dressing room and a shower room with toilet.
A washing machine is available in the external shelter of the house.

Welcome to this holiday home located in the quiet and tree-lined district of Carreyre, just 100 metres from Lake Lacanau and Moutchic beach. This place is perfect for simple and comfortable holidays in the heart of nature, just a stone's throw from the water, with everything within cycling distance.
The Moutchic beach, a few minutes walk away, is ideal for families: supervised swimming, pedal boats, children's games, cafes, snacks and cycle paths that lead directly to the forest or to the ocean 🌊. The Atlantic Ocean is accessible 5 km by bike via the developed paths — a beautiful ride through the heart of the pine forest.
