Located in Lacanau-Océan, this fully renovated house offers a pleasant setting to enjoy both the ocean beaches and Lake Lacanau. Its location makes it easy to reach shops, cycle paths and the main natural sites that have made the resort famous.
Housing
The house is organised around a central living space that is bright and welcoming. The open-plan kitchen with a central island communicates directly with the dining area and lounge. It is fully equipped with, in particular, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and the main equipment necessary for meal preparation.
On each side of the living area, two independent bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy for families or groups of friends.
The first night space includes:
* a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage with access to the terrace;
* a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed (2x80) and storage;
* a bathroom with shower and WC.
The second night space includes:
* a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage;
* a bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm with access to the terrace;
* a bathroom equipped with a small bathtub.
The house can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
There is also a separate second toilet.
The exteriors
The living area opens onto a covered terrace furnished with a dining table for outdoor meals, a gas barbecue and sun loungers.
The garden naturally extends the living spaces and offers a pleasant opening onto the tree-lined environment. The land is not fenced on this part and benefits from a dominant position over the properties situated below.

Lacanau-Océan is renowned for its long sandy beaches, its surf spots, its pine forest and its extensive network of cycle paths.
The house is located approximately 1.5 km from the centre of Lacanau-Océan and Central Beach, the lively heart of the resort with its shops, restaurants, markets, surf schools and direct access to the ocean.
Lacanau Lake and Moutchic Beach are located approximately 6 km apart. Very popular with families, this supervised beach in summer offers calm swimming as well as numerous water activities: paddleboarding, canoeing, sailing or wakeboarding.
Between ocean, lake, forest and cycle paths, the house is an excellent starting point for discovering the different faces of Lacanau.
