This house of approximately 80m² with an outdoor area is ideal for family or friends' holidays.
On the ground floor, you will find a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Tassimo...) open to the dining space and living room with TV.
This living area gives access to a closed 50m² garden with a fitted terrace and a barbecue for outdoor meals.
You will also find a laundry area with toilet and washing machine.
Finally, access to a garage where you can park a car.
The upstairs serves the sleeping area, composed as follows:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 with a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: queensize bed 160 with wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: one 140 bed and one 90 bed with wardrobe
- A bathroom with toilet
High chair, travel cot and safety gate are available in the accommodation.
You have a bus stop opposite the house, and you will also find numerous cycle paths serving the region.

Welcome to this magnificent house located in Lacanau Ocean, a few minutes walk from the North Beach 🌊 and at the foot of the bike paths 🚴. Nestled in a wooded environment, the house perfectly combines comfort, careful decoration and quality equipment. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 8 travelers in a warm atmosphere.
The living room, bright and open onto a large wooden terrace, offers an unobstructed view of the pine trees 🌲. It is extended by a fully equipped American kitchen: gas cooker, large electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso ☕ coffee machine. A large table allows meals to be shared in a friendly atmosphere. The cozy living room has a wood stove for cooler evenings 🔥.
The house includes 4 comfortable bedrooms with flexible bedding, as well as a mezzanine space used as a reading corner or play area 📚.
