Fires are strictly prohibited throughout the Talaris Marina, including in the gardens. Only electric or gas plancha grills are permitted (charcoal barbecues are prohibited).
Motorhomes are not allowed to park in the residence, even briefly, nor on the private plots of the housing units.
The Marina of Talaris is a private residence 10 km from the ocean, 2 km from the town, right in the pine forest, on the edge of the lake.
Between lake, ocean and forest, it is a peaceful place, with numerous cycle paths.
Many sports to practice for everyone: surfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, bodyboarding, golf, cycling, tennis, squash, hiking...

Recently renovated, the living area offers a bright and friendly space with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, plancha...). The dining area and comfortable lounge open onto a covered terrace fitted with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying your meals outdoors.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of:
- A room with a double bed (140) and its adjoining shower room with WC.
- A second room with a double bed (140).
