Welcome to this holiday home located in the quiet and tree-lined district of Carreyre, just 100 metres from Lake Lacanau and Moutchic beach. This place is perfect for simple and comfortable holidays in the heart of nature, just a stone's throw from the water, with everything within cycling distance.
The Moutchic beach, a few minutes walk away, is ideal for families: supervised swimming, pedal boats, children's games, cafes, snacks and cycle paths that lead directly to the forest or to the ocean 🌊. The Atlantic Ocean is accessible 5 km by bike via the developed paths — a beautiful ride through the heart of the pine forest.
In the centre of a typical garden of 536 m², the house is surrounded by pine trees, sand and needles. It has a wooden terrace with no overlooking neighbours on the garden side, equipped with an outdoor lounge and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying summer evenings 🌳.
