La Conciergerie Agency was founded in 2022 in Lacanau with a simple idea: to offer a serious and human alternative to impersonal rental management. Étienne, its founder, wanted to create a responsive, locally rooted structure where service quality and human relationships come first.
A logo, a story
It all started during the in-house renovation of the office. A jungle-themed wallpaper with a parrot caught the eye: it evoked travel, loyalty, and freedom. It naturally became the symbol of the agency. The name La Conciergerie then followed, embodying service, proximity, and trust.
